In 2015 Andy Kind Heart Foundation started construction of it’s first ever Orphanage home in Mityana town.
Due to lack of funds the construction took baby steps but the goal remained the same , to help support children who finish primary school level from Butebi village to come and join Secondary School in Mityana Town while they have a place to stay, there’s no secondary school at Butebi village.
Andy Kind Heart Foundation, managed to construct the house up to wall plate level or roofing stage but couldn’t go beyond this stage due to financial constraints.
The house got stuck on this stage for some years and it had got exposed to heavy rains which were almost damaging it.
In September 2018, the team leader reached out to Dr.Sachin and The Living Proof Institute family to help finish the home for the children who were joining secondary school in 2019.
Dr. Sachin, Dipa, Devin and all the LPI family did all their best to see this home finished to completion and currently housing 6 children.
