The Living Proof Community Health Centre – Butebi, was started in 2017 by  The living proof institute through Andy Kind Heart Foundation Butebi  a local nonprofit NGO in Uganda and it’s Team Leader KAZIBWE ANDREW  to help provide free health care services to the poor people of Butebi and neighboring Communities.

The Health Centre has a team of 6 Health professionals that help the poor people in the Community to get free Health care services. The health centre is well equipped and gives out a number of services to the poor patients for free. The construction of this health centre was so much appreciated by the people and seen the improvement of health care services in the poor communities.”
